Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a holistic nutritionist with a passion for making healthy eating easy and delicious.
Though I discovered a love for healthy cooking and eating long ago, it wasn’t until I became a mom that I truly realized the trickle-down effect of nourishing myself well. When mama is taking care of herself, everyone is happier.
I created my coaching programs to make transformative nutrition habits easier to stick to. I like to keep things simple- no unnecessary restriction, no fad diets, no body shame- just a flexible, supported approach to feeling good that starts with eating well.
Using the skills I developed over years of medical health coaching and nutrition consulting, it’s my mission to help you find more energy, experience more confidence, and discover a balanced relationship with food and your body.

I used to be a private cook for multiple families, and I'm certified through a holistic chef training program. I love to be in the kitchen.
I’m certified through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Wellcoaches School of Coaching, and Precision Nutrition. I never, ever get tired of learning about nutrition and coaching.
I’m a 1 on the enneagram, I love thrift shopping, and I’m an aspiring minimalist. I used to hate exercise, but now I love to run and lift weights. (Anything is possible!)
