Apple Nachos

You know those moments when you just need a little something, but not a full-on dessert? A weeknight, for instance, when you’re curling up after dinner to watch TV. Apple nachos are where it’s at. They’re more fun than just a basic piece of fruit…but they’re not so indulgent that you can’t eat them… every day. In fact, your health would likely improve if you did! We love it.
Apple Nachos
1 large honeycrisp Apple, or 2 smaller ones
A few tbsp of nut butter
A handful of coconut flakes
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A handful of pomegranate seeds
Other topping options: chocolate chips, dried fruit, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts, date caramel sauce...🤤
Directions:
Cut your apples as thin as possible, arrange on a platter and go wild with the toppings! You can’t do it wrong. HAPPY SNACKING!
