Tahini Date Coffee Protein Smoothie

My current favourite breakfast smoothie!! It is so rich and creamy, and tastes like some kind of special dessert.

I also find it incredibly filling because of the healthy fats, fibre and protein. This recipe uses tahini, which is sesame seed paste- which is a rich source of plant-based calcium and I love to include it in recipes whenever I can.

I use a grass fed whey protein powder, but you could also use a plant based vanilla protein powder.

Oh, and feel free to sub in decaf coffee, or leave the coffee out altogether if you prefer. Either way- so tasty.
